PTFE Pall ring packing is used in various fluorine chemical industry, normally in electronic grade hydrofluoric acid projects. When PTFE Pall ring is applied in the exchange tower effect, packed tower is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment and environmental protection fields. In a tower column, there are usually two or more mediums for absorption and chemical reactions. The medium usually includes two types, liquid-liquid reaction and gas-liquid reaction. For example, in the environmental protection industry waste water and waste gas treatment is widely used in packed towers. Without the filler, the mixture exchange in the tower would not be sufficient.
The traditional Pall ring is a structural form of packed tower. There are many windows on the ring wall, so that the gas and liquid in the packed tower can freely pass through these Windows.

Plastic Pall Ring, is designed based on the Plastic Raschig Ring. It has similar cylindrical dimensions but has two rows of punched out holes. The structure improve distribution of gas-liquid and its efficiency can be improved above 50%, and only has half of pressure drop compared with Raschig Ring.
Xintao plastic Pall Ring, is made form heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics. It has features such as high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency and so on, and the application temperature in media ranges from 60℃ to 150℃.
