3A molecular sieve desiccant is also known as KA molecular sieve with pore size of 3 angstroms(0.3nm). The raw material is zeolite powder, in processing of Na ion exchange. Precautions After Purchasing Molecular Sieve 3A
Notes:
Molecular sieve should prevent pre-adsorption of water, organic gas or liquid before use, otherwise, should be regenerated.
Regeneration:
- Moisture removal: depends on the water content, the pressureand temperature of the regenerated gas. Usually, 200-350 ℃ dry gas in under the pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 kg/cm 2 through molecular sieve bed 3 to 4 hours, which makes the outlet temperature to110-180 ℃, then cooling.
- Disorganize: replace organic matter with water vapor, then remove the water.
Storage: Keep indoor with humidity no more than 90% ; Avoid water, acid, alkali; Air isolated; Sealed.
