ToggleTower Packing Solutions Delivered to European CO₂ Station
On July 8th, Jiangxi Xintao Technology Co., Ltd. successfully shipped a 40HQ container of tower packing products to the European market. The shipment included PP Intalox Saddles, Ceramic Intalox Saddles, and AISI 304 Pall Rings, destined for an established customer who has been partnering with us since 2021.
The products will be utilized in a CO₂ station, where tower packings play a vital role in filling nozzle columns and process units to enhance heat and mass transfer efficiency. These components are widely applied across chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, and related industries, as well as in water treatment, ammonia production, and mineral fertilizer facilities.
This repeat order from a long-term European client underscores the trust and satisfaction built over years of consistent cooperation. Tower packing is essential for intensifying transfer processes in equipment used across multiple sectors, including sewage treatment, water supply systems, and gas processing installations such as CO₂ stations.
Metal Pall Rings & Random Packing Materials
The core principle of high-temperature distillation is to vaporize water through heating, then condense and recover the water. This method is suitable for dehydrating large amounts of solvents. While it effectively removes water, it is not suitable for temperature-sensitive polyurethane systems.
