May 30th is a special day for Xintao, engraved with struggle and hope. On this day five years ago, the first flame was ignited on the automated production line of molecular sieves in the new plant, opening a new chapter in the development of Xintao. In order to remember this moment and thank every Xintao person who has walked side by side, the company has designated May 30th of each year as “Xintao Day”, an anniversary day for the Xintao family!
On May 30, 2025, the Xintao Day Celebration was held in the lobby on the first floor of the Marketing Center. All employees from Guangzhou and Jiangxi gathered together, and the family members of employees came to the scene to witness this grand event full of warmth and strength. The air was filled with the joy of reunion and expectations for the future.
After signing and checking in, the celebration kicked off with the host’s enthusiastic opening. “It takes ten years to grow trees, and a hundred years to cultivate people.” We are grateful for the hard work of every partner, and pay tribute to the silent support and dedication of countless families behind them.
The Power of Leadship
The ship of Xintao cannot be separated from the wisdom and responsibility of the helmsman. Chairman Mr. Liu and General Manager Ms. Wu took the stage one after another to send sincere messages and encouragement to all Xintao family members. Their words and sentences are full of expectations, igniting the fire of “openness, passion, and gratitude” in the hearts of every Xintao person, and injecting strong confidence into the future journey.

Subsequently, the commendation videos of the heads of various departments sent the affirmation and expectations from the “leading geese” to the hearts of every partner. In addition, on the journey of Xintao people’s struggle, family is the warmest harbor and the most solid backing. The celebration specially set up the “family warm video” link. When the loving smiles of parents and the encouraging words of lovers appeared on the screen, the scene was filled with warmth. “Home is armor, but also a soft spot”, the host said the voice of everyone. - 1 year of employment (one year of fragrance): Wear a commemorative plaque symbolizing new life. This honor is worn by partners who have been employed for 3 years, passing on the fire of “pragmatic spirit”.
- 3 years of employment (three years of mellowness): Receive a shining gold necklace. This award, solemnly presented by partners who have been employed for 5 years, symbolizes the continuation of the “innovation fire”.
- 5 years and above (five years of aging): Ms. Wu personally presents a heavy gold ring, engraved with the glory of their perseverance.
- 10 years of meritorious veterans: Mr. Liu personally awards a medal symbolizing eternal loyalty, paying the highest respect to them!
Every gift is a medal of time; every delivery is a relay of Xintao spirit! As the host said: “Three years pass on one year, five years support three years, and ten years pay tribute to eternity. At this moment, “ Your struggle has the eyes of your family, and Xintao’s glory has your medal,” which has been perfectly interpreted. Every partner who came on stage to receive the award shared their feelings at the moment and their commitment to the future.

In the “Writing to the Future Self” session, all employees used words or pictures on a long canvas to describe their expectations for the future. Bold words and colorful colors together constitute a “time scroll” full of hope. The sweet taste of the celebration cake is still lingering on the tip of the tongue, and a storm of joy swept the whole audience in an instant! The carefully prepared interactive game session
pushed the themes of “openness” and “passion” to a climax. The 2025 Xintao Day celebration came to a successful conclusion. “The power of inheritance takes root in gratitude and thrives in peers.” The family members moved to the cafeteria to share a sumptuous buffet lunch, and the laughter continued.
