The customer ordered 36 tons of oxygen molecular sieve and 6 tons of activated alumina from Xintao. Xintao went to Hunan Province to provide customers with loading guidance.
Filling Process
Preparation Stage
The Xintao team attaches great importance to personal protection. Each member wears necessary safety equipment such as protective gloves and masks to prevent harmful substances from being infringed during the operation.
Pretreatment Work
Cleaning the loading container is a key step to ensure the performance and quality of the oxygen zeolite molecular sieve. The team thoroughly cleaned the loading container to ensure that there were no impurities, dust and other pollutants inside to prevent it from affecting the use of the subsequent oxygen zeolite beads.
Loading stage
The team first slowly poured the activated alumina into the oxygen generator. This step is to provide a good base for the subsequent loading of the oxygen zeolite and help absorb and remove small amounts of impurities that may exist. On top of the activated alumina, the team laid a layer of 40-mesh stainless steel wire mesh. The main function of this layer of wire mesh is to prevent the subsequent granular oxygen molecular sieve from interlacing with the previous material and ensure the uniformity and effectiveness of it. After that, the oxygen molecular sieve was lifted by a crane and slowly poured into the container through the opening under the super sack and tools such as funnels. During the filling process, the team also made zeolite oxygen beads more evenly distributed in the container by letting the equipment vibrate appropriately, thereby improving its screening efficiency. At the same time, the team strictly controlled the filling amount to ensure that it did not exceed the maximum filling amount specified by the equipment to prevent problems such as poor airflow caused by excessive filling. On the top of the oxygen molecular sieve adsorbent, the team laid a layer of asbestos pad and another layer of 40-mesh stainless steel wire mesh. The main function of these materials is to protect the molecular sieve from interference from the external environment and further improve the stability and durability of the screening.
Inspection Stage
After the filling was completed, the team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. They carefully checked whether the oxygen sieve had leakage or uneven distribution to ensure that the equipment could operate normally and achieve the expected results during subsequent use.
Through this series of meticulous and careful steps, the Xintao team successfully completed the filling of the oxygen equipment.

Xintao oxygen molecular sieve includes 13X HP molecular sieve, 13X APG molecular sieve, lithium molecular sieve, which has the characteristics of high nitrogen adsorption capacity, excellent nitrogen-oxygen separation coefficient, high oxygen purity, fast adsorption speed, long service life, etc. It is widely used in air separation devices and pressure swing adsorption oxygen devices.
Working Principle
In the process of oxygen production, when air passes through the molecular sieve adsorbent, nitrogen molecules are adsorbed in the pores of the molecular sieve due to their larger diameter and molecular polarity. Oxygen molecules are not easily adsorbed due to their smaller diameter or weaker polarity, so they can pass through the molecular sieve smoothly. In this way, the nitrogen in the air passing through the molecular sieve desiccant is adsorbed, and the oxygen is enriched.
