In early January 2023, Jiangxi Xintao Technology Co., Ltd. successfully exported 3 cubic meters of SS304 metal pall rings to Thailand, marking a good start to international cooperation in 2023.
The customer had initially inquired in January 2021, but due to factors such as delivery time and price, a deal could not be reached. We have always adhered to the principle of long-term service and maintained continuous communication with the customer. At the end of December 2022, the customer again inquired about 3 cubic meters of SS 304 pall rings with specifications of 50×50×0.5mm. We seized the opportunity for cooperation and, after comprehensive evaluation, provided a more competitive offer. After a round of negotiations, the customer ultimately chose Xintao, and the two parties successfully signed the order.
After the order was confirmed, we efficiently coordinated internal resources to promptly complete the export process, including stocking and booking, and provided a full set of original customs clearance documents, including Form E, in strict accordance with the customer’s requirements. The customer confirmed receipt of the goods on January 19, 2023, and expressed satisfaction with both the product quality and service level.

Metal pall rings offer high load capacity, low pressure drop, uniform gas-liquid distribution, and high mass transfer efficiency. They are mechanically strong and resistant to breakage, making them suitable for deep bed filling.
Xintao’s metal pall rings combine thin walls, high temperature resistance, high porosity, high flux, low resistance, and excellent separation efficiency. They are particularly suitable for handling heat-sensitive materials, those prone to decomposition, polymerization, or scaling in vacuum distillation towers.
