Jiangxi Xintao Technology Co., Ltd. has secured a significant order valued at two million yuan from a European customer this August. This client, who began with a 250kg trial order of lithium molecular sieve last year, initially requested 4 tons this time. Following discussions on delivery schedules and production capacity, the order was successfully expanded to nearly 10 tons.
The procurement process began on April 10th when we received the initial inquiry. At that time, lithium carbonate – the key raw material for producing lithium molecular sieve – was experiencing substantial price volatility. We immediately provided quotations and advised the customer to confirm the order promptly to avoid potential price increases. The customer required director-level approval for the purchase, which extended the confirmation process to nearly one month before final quantities were determined.
The purchase order arrived in July, followed by an extended payment processing period. Maintaining close communication throughout, we collaborated to resolve payment procedures efficiently. The successful payment confirmation in August represents a shared achievement, made possible through persistent efforts from both parties.
