Happy Party of Xintao Technology in July
In order to motivate employees to work proactively and make greater contributions to the company, Xintao will implement a monthly happy party starting from 2024. During the monthly assessment period, employees will be rewarded with happy points based on their performance and contribution. A happy party will be held in the next month to exchange points for rewards for the top-ranked employees. At the same time, the accumulated points of the remaining employees can also be exchanged for happy items.
On the afternoon of July 17, Xintao Technology organized all employees to participate in the Happy Party in July 2024. The meeting commended the top five employees and awarded points gifts to each employee.
On the basis of extensive solicitation of employee opinions, the content of the happy meeting was further enriched, the form of activities was innovated, and new projects with a happy atmosphere such as pre-meeting happy sharing and points award ceremony were added.
