Xintao activated molecular sieve powder
Xintao activated molecular sieve powder is a white powder with a uniform nano-scale microporous structure, ranging in size from 2-4 microns. It is produced from raw molecular sieve activated powder by high-temperature calcination. This process removes most of the moisture from the raw molecular sieve powder, making it highly active and suitable for direct use as a selective adsorbent in polyurethane production. Xintao molecular sieve zeolite powder is available in a variety of types, including 3A activated molecular sieve powder, 4A activated molecular sieve powder, 5A activated molecular sieve powder, 13X activated molecular sieve powder, and modified activated molecular sieves powder. They exhibit excellent water absorption properties, with static water adsorption values reaching 23%-27%.
Activated Molecular Sieve Powder Advantages
- Efficient Moisture Removal: The activated molecular sieve powder has a high specific surface area and abundant microporous structure, enabling rapid dehydration of polyether polyols.
- Eliminating Bubble Formation: By removing moisture, the reaction between water and isocyanate to form CO₂ is blocked, thereby suppressing bubble formation.

- Storage Stage: During storage of two-component polyurethane, adding it prevents moisture intrusion and ensures stable product quality.
