In February of this year, we were delighted to receive another order from a long-term partner in South Korea – 96 tons of Xintao ceramic balls. This growing trust is not just an order, but also another strong affirmation of the superior quality of our products and professional service.
The story began in April 2025 when the customer first inquired with Xintao, expressing strong interest in our inert alumina ceramic balls and planning to use them as core support packing in critical oil refinery tower equipment. Understanding the importance of industrial packing under harsh operating conditions, we responded quickly and engaged in in-depth technical communication with the customer. After fully understanding their specific needs and standards, we accurately recommended suitable models and arranged for samples to be sent for testing immediately.
A Trusted Partnership Begins
The customer conducted a rigorous and comprehensive evaluation of the samples. Soon after, we received positive feedback: Xintao alumina ceramic balls performed excellently in the tests, fully meeting their technical requirements and application expectations. This recognition from the laboratory laid a solid foundation for our subsequent cooperation.
Initial Success with First Order
Based on the success of the initial testing, the customer completed their first purchase of 25 tons of ceramic balls from us in early December 2025. After the products were put into operation, we continuously monitored their performance. The customer subsequently reported that Xintao ceramic alumina balls operated stably and reliably in the refining tower. Their excellent strength, uniform dimensions, and good chemical stability effectively ensured the long-term stable and efficient operation of the equipment, and the customer expressed great satisfaction with the product quality.
Major Milestone: 96-Ton Repeat Order
The successful initial cooperation completely dispelled the customer’s doubts and further confirmed the value of the “Xintao” brand. Therefore, we recently received a significant repeat order: 96 tons. From sample testing to bulk purchasing, and now to this large-scale repeat order, this deepening cooperation clearly outlines the customer’s evolving trust in Xintao products.
