Running Trainning
This event also specially arranged sports sessions. Xintao people conducted running training in the factory in the morning and performed afternoon exercises indoors at noon. During the exercise, everyone encouraged and supported each other, overcame physical fatigue and psychological pressure, and insisted on completing the predetermined goals. Sports training can not only exercise the physical fitness of Xintao people, but also temper our strong will, cultivate teamwork spirit and perseverance.
Department Training
According to different job requirements, each department organizes training covering industry knowledge, professional skills improvement, teamwork and other aspects to bring a feast of knowledge to employees.
