The first phase of the project will build a new Changsha 3A molecular sieve sewage treatment plant, with a supporting pipeline network of 29.1 kilometers and 3 sewage pumping stations. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year, with a total investment of 15.6201 million yuan, of which: the construction cost is 129.1908 million yuan, the construction cost of the sewage treatment plant is 44.2445 million yuan, and the construction cost of the supporting pipe network and the tertiary pumping station is 84.9863 million yuan.
