Cause Analysis

Before solving the problem, we first need to understand the reasons for the bubbles in the pouring of AB glue. There are mainly the following points:

1. Gas contained in the glue: During the production process, the glue will inhale air or other gases, resulting in bubbles during pouring.

2. Vibration during pouring: During the pouring process, if there is vibration or vibration, bubbles in the glue will be generated.

3. Improper pouring process: Improper settings of the speed, pressure, temperature and other parameters of the pouring will also cause bubbles
