The ceramic corrugated packing is made of high-quality raw materials such as high-quality kaolin, alumina, etc. that are resistant to acid and alkali. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good mechanical strength, chemical resistance, quenching resistance, high temperature resistance and so on. The ceramic corrugated filler has regular color and uniform color, and is blocked by unglazed slurry at the peak and valley. The application of ceramic corrugated packing in the separation of chlorinated toluene isomers: In the light tower and weight removal tower, the annual output of 1,000 tons (o-) chlorotoluene continuous rectification tower device, all use ceramic corrugated packing, and achieve good results. The diameter of the hi tower is 355mm, the tower pressure is 40kpa (300mmHg), and the ceramic corrugated packing is used to completely remove water and most of the light component toluene. The toluene content at the bottom of the tower is only about 0.01%. The weight removal column has a diameter of 500 mm and an overhead pressure of 26.7 kPa (200 mmHg). Ceramic corrugated packing can also prevent the corrosion of the medium. Most of the high boilers are removed from the bottom material (the bottom material contains 47% high boilers, about 38.7% benzyl chloride), the top of the semi-finished material column overhead fraction contains only about 0.2% benzyl chloride , to ensure that the product of o-chlorotoluene and p-chlorotoluene reaches more than 98%.
