In the actual operation process, PSA nitrogen generators are generally equipped with two or more adsorption towers for alternating use. When one adsorption tower is in an adsorption state, the other adsorption tower is in a desorption state. The desorption process is to desorb the adsorbed impurities by reducing the pressure in the adsorption tower, so that the molecular sieve can be used to prepare for the next round of adsorption process.
