Desiccant molecular sieve
offers a variety of adsorption capacity based on molecular size, sieve crystal surface and shape of the molecule. It is most popular moisture adsorbing solution in industries because of superior adsorption efficiency compared to other moisture adsorption system.
There are many types of sizes available like 3A, 4A, 5A and 13X based on industrial requirement and adsorption capacity of moisture. In molecular sieve 3a has fastest adsorption speed and regeneration capacity, stronger cursing strength, more cyclic times and anti-contaminative resistance. Potassium based type 3a molecular sieve pore size has 3A and it cannot adsorb chemicals larger than its pore size. 3a type beads and pellets are reliable desiccants in petroleum and chemical industries for refining oil separation and purification because once used, it can be regenerate and reusable also. This type of desiccant use mainly in oil and gas industries application for dehydration, separation and purification of ethanol, oil purification, drying kerosene, jet fuel and LPG, dehydration of natural gas (methane) etc.
Other molecular sieve 4a type available in different size in 1.5 mm to 3.3 mm in pellets and 1.6-2.6 mm to 2.0-5.0 in beads form which plays a major role as detergent auxiliary that make air pollution free environment. It is used as a desiccant in industrial application like deep drying of air, natural gas, alkane and refrigerant, drying of solvents, ammonia gas, naphtha, aromatic and liquid hydrocarbons. It is mainly used to absorb ethanol, methanol, water, ethylene and carbon dioxide.
The pore size for 5a molecular sieve is about 5 A that mainly used in separation and purification of the normal and isoporous alkane and co-adsorption of carbon dioxide and moisture along with pressure swing adsorption (PSA) for gases.Molecular sieve 5a type available in 1.5 mm to 3.3 mm in pellet form and 2.0-4.0 mm to 3.0-5.0 mm in beads form in bulk quantity used for drying natural gas and solvent, removal of water and carbon dioxide from air, hydrogen purification, oxygen & nitrogen removal, purification of air, inert gases etc.
Our 13x molecular sieve has more adsorption capacity than 3a, 4a and 5a type pore size because 13x type sieve have pore size about 10 A. It is used to co-adsorb water from industrial gases and liquids like water, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide as desiccant for air compressor system and other various applications like purification of hydrogen, solvent drying, removal of carbon dioxide and water from air, paraffin sweetening etc. 13x type molecular sieve available in pellets form size in 1.5 mm to 3.3 mm and 2.0-4.0 to 3.0-5.0 in beads form.Also widely use in aerosol industries for mercaptan removal.

that synthetic dehydrated with the character of high dispensability and rapid absorption capacity which commonly used for adsorption procedure. Powder of activated molecular sieve type 3a and 4a is mainly used for drying, separation and purification of industrial gases and paint industry for powder coating.
